Actually being able to speak with a live agent was a process and almost lead me to ordering from another company. My payment was processed but the order did not ship. They were in the process of revamping the website and as with all things internet, glitches can happen. So because of the difficulty in contact connection, I felt that I had been scammed which was not the case. At this point I feel strongly that this is a company with integrity, in dealing with customers and providing authentic reliable chemicals for sale. I am confident with continuing to order from them.
