How do I create an account?

Can businesses remove negative reviews?
No. Businesses cannot remove reviews, even negative ones, as long as they comply with our content guidelines. However, business owners can respond to reviews to address concerns and demonstrate their commitment to customer satisfaction. Only our moderation team can remove reviews that violate our policies.
