Cancellation Policy Last Updated: August 24, 2026 This page explains exactly how to cancel a paid LegitShops plan, when the cancellation takes effect, and what happens afterwards. LegitShops is operated by Digital Traders Hub LLC. Your shop profile and your customers' real reviews are free, and we never remove them because you stopped paying. 1. No contract and no minimum term Paid plans are month-to-month subscriptions billed by card. There is no minimum term, no longer-term commitment, no notice period, and no cancellation or early-termination fee of any kind. 2. How to cancel From your dashboard: sign in, open Billing and plans , and use the Cancel plan option next to your active plan. By email: write to [email protected] from the email address on your account and include your business name. Nothing more is required — no phone call, no form, no retention interview. We confirm every cancellation by email. If you have not received a confirmation within 2 business days, contact us again; your cancellation still applies from the date you first asked. 3. When cancellation takes effect Cancelling stops all future charges immediately. Your paid features stay available until the end of the month you have already paid for, and your card is not charged again. Because plans are billed monthly, the most you can ever have paid in advance is one month. 4.
