Cancellation Policy

How to cancel

Select Email cancellation request in Billing and plans to open a prepared email, or email [email protected] directly from the account address. The dashboard option does not cancel until the email is sent. The request is effective when sent, stops future renewals, and has no cancellation fee.

One-time purchases

The Verified audit is not a subscription. It is refundable in full until the audit decision is delivered.
