Your shop profile and real customer reviews are always free — this policy only concerns optional paid plans. 1. What you are paying for Paid plans are software subscriptions that unlock additional tools — such as review-collection invites, unbranded trust widgets, analytics, review-response tools, and multi-domain support. Paying for any plan never changes a business's rating, its reviews, or its ranking. We do not sell ratings. 2. Billing Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis, in the currency shown at checkout, until you cancel. Prices are published on our pricing page with no hidden fees, no setup fee, and no per-domain surcharge. Applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout. 3. Our merchant of record Payments for LegitShops subscriptions are processed by our authorized payment provider, who acts as the merchant of record and appears on your card or bank statement.
