Refund & Cancellation Policy

A public listing or free profile is not paid-services approval. Payment links are available only to approved owners of businesses eligible under the Paid Services Eligibility Policy.

Subscriptions

The first monthly-subscription payment is refundable when requested within 14 days. Selecting a plan only requests a secure payment link and does not charge the card.

One-time Verified audit

The audit is refundable in full until the audit decision is delivered. After delivery, it is refundable for failure to deliver the promised service, when required by applicable law, or when LegitShops agrees otherwise.
