Terms of Service

A public listing or free profile is not paid-services approval. Payment links are available only to approved owners of businesses eligible under the Paid Services Eligibility Policy.

Billing and delivery

Selecting a plan records an order request and does not charge a card. An eligible approved owner receives a secure card-payment link within one business day. Monthly billing starts only after the processor confirms payment; an authorized promotion reduced to exactly $0.00 may activate without a card and no payment occurs. Digital subscription features activate normally within minutes and always within one business day after payment; the one-time Verified audit is completed within five business days.

Cancellation and refunds

The dashboard's Email cancellation request option opens a prepared email; the request is effective when sent. The 14-day guarantee applies to the first monthly-subscription payment. A one-time Verified audit is refundable in full until the audit decision is delivered.
